1. How do serviced offices work?

Serviced offices provide businesses with fully equipped and managed office spaces on flexible terms. Unlike traditional office space, the tenant is not charged a rate per m² but on how many desks that they will be renting. Depending on the services required, we will provide you with a cost for renting a specific desk count. The Tenant will decide on a fixed term in order to get a better rate.

2. What are the costs involved?

Renting a serviced office offers convenience and flexibility, but it’s essential to consider all associated costs. These can include the base rent, deposits, setup fees, access key charges, and potential additional costs for services and amenities.   • 1-2 months security deposit.
